Every tier delivers the whole platform, all five pillars, all eleven breakthrough features, both modes, and the full Sphere Engine. The one true feature gate is the Developer Platform, which unlocks at Scale. Everything else scales in depth and capacity.

The only true feature gate is the Developer Platform, which unlocks at Scale. Enterprise-only rows, SSO/SCIM, multi-region, per-agent AI policy, are infrastructure and governance concerns, not features withheld from lower tiers.
