Security is built into how TechSphereX works, not added on afterwards. This page explains, in plain language, how we protect the information you and your customers entrust to us. If you need more detail for a security review, contact us and we will help.
We design the Service so that the safe option is the default. Each customer's data is kept separate, access is limited to what is needed, and every action the platform takes is recorded. We would rather build these protections into the foundation than rely on people to remember them.
TechSphereX is multi-tenant, which means many businesses use the same platform, but each business's data is logically isolated from every other. Access is enforced at the data layer, so one customer cannot see or reach another customer's information. Your data is yours.
Data is encrypted in transit using modern TLS, so information moving between you and the Service is protected. Data at rest is encrypted using strong, industry-standard algorithms. Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Within your account, you control who can do what through roles and permissions. On our side, access to production systems is restricted to a small number of authorised personnel, granted on a least-privilege basis, and protected by strong authentication. Access is reviewed and removed when no longer needed.
Everything the platform does happens as a governed action: it is checked against your rules and permissions before it runs, and it is recorded once it does. This means the platform can operate autonomously without acting outside the limits you set, and you always have a clear record of what happened, when, and why. Autonomy never comes at the cost of accountability.
The Service runs on established, reputable cloud infrastructure whose data centres maintain leading physical and operational security certifications. We use managed, hardened services rather than building sensitive components from scratch, and we keep our systems patched and up to date.
We log and monitor activity across the Service to detect and respond to unusual behaviour. We maintain backups and recovery procedures so that data can be restored in the event of a failure, and we work to keep the Service available and performing well.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our website or the Service, we want to hear from you. Please email security@zultantechnologies.com with enough detail for us to reproduce and investigate the issue. We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to address it before disclosing it publicly, and that you do not access or modify data that is not yours. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will acknowledge your report.
