Zultan Technologies is a technology company based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We build TechSphereX, a platform that unifies a business's sales, support, marketing, operations, and analytics into one system.
For the purposes of data protection law, Zultan Technologies is the controller of personal information you provide to us directly (for example, when you fill in a form on this website or sign up for TechSphereX). When you use TechSphereX, you may load information about your own customers and contacts into the platform. You remain responsible for that information and for having a lawful basis to process it. We handle it on your behalf, only to provide the Service, in line with our agreement with you (including our Data Processing Addendum, available on request). We are based in Canada and use service providers that may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses, so that your information continues to be protected.
